When you sign in with Google or another supported provider, we receive your provider account identifier and the email address, name and profile image it supplies. We do not receive your social account password. We also process your profile details, messages, replies, request status, credit and earnings records, payment identifiers and support inquiries. Service infrastructure processes IP addresses, browser information and access logs for delivery and security. Card details entered in the payment widget are handled by Toss Payments. How we use information
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, display profiles, deliver messages and notifications, process credits, payments and earnings, answer inquiries, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We also analyze page visits and service actions to understand usage and improve Jackly. Google account information is used for sign-in and account features, not for advertising or training AI models. We do not sell personal information.Profiles and messages
Your public profile includes your display name, handle, image and bio. Messages are private by default and shared with the conversation participants. After replying, the recipient can publish or unpublish the request and reply as a pair without asking for separate consent from the sender. Published views hide the sender identity, offered credits and payment details, and mask email addresses and phone numbers in the text. Other identifying details may remain; masking does not guarantee anonymity. We may review information when necessary to resolve support requests, investigate abuse or comply with law.Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database and image storage; the project database is hosted in Seoul. Vercel hosts and delivers the website, and Toss Payments processes payments when you make a purchase. Mixpanel processes product analytics in the United States. Its events can include a browser identifier or your Jackly account ID, page category, creator ID, credit and payment amounts, a transaction deduplication ID, and browser and IP information. We do not send message content, email addresses, payment keys or card details to Mixpanel. These providers process the information needed for those tasks. Google and other sign-in providers also process login requests under their own policies. Supabase, Vercel and Mixpanel are overseas providers, and their infrastructure or support operations may involve processing outside Korea. We limit processing to service delivery and applicable contractual and legal requirements.Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service and handle transactions or disputes. Account deletion disables access and hides your profile; it does not immediately erase every message or transaction. Where Korean e-commerce law applies, contract and withdrawal records and payment and service-delivery records are retained for five years, complaint and dispute records for three years, and advertising records for six months. You can request deletion of other information. We review any required retention and destroy information no longer needed using methods that prevent recovery; legally retained records are restricted to their retention purpose.Your choices
You can edit your profile and request account deletion in account settings. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, including removal of personal information from a published message. We verify identity and respond as required by law; some requests may be limited by retention obligations. You can revoke Google access in your Google account settings. Revoking access alone does not delete your Jackly account.Children and guardians
Jackly does not offer accounts or services to children under 14, or users below a higher minimum age required in their place of residence for independent consent. If you believe such a child has provided personal information, contact support. We review the report, restrict the account where appropriate and delete information that does not need to be retained by law. Minors and their legal guardians may contact us about personal information or transactions. We may request the minimum evidence needed to verify identity, authority and the request; please do not send identity documents or full identification numbers unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.Cookies and security
Cookies and browser storage maintain your login session and preferences. Mixpanel uses browser storage to keep an analytics identifier. You can clear or block browser storage, but login and some features may stop working. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. Changes to this policy are published on this page with the effective date; material changes are announced through the service.
